1 on 1 Health Coaching: Guide By Your Side
Sometimes, you need individual support. As your personal health coach, my goal is to help you prevent, stop or reverse serious health issues and begin to heal yourself. While eating greens may be an excellent starting point, it takes more than just diet to be successful. Good health is within reach especially when you have a guide by your side.
I offer a health coaching program that will help you learn not only how to survive and beat the odds but how to thrive as you begin to use whole foods and plant-based nutrition as your medicine. - Bust those dietary myths. I’ll help you get clarity around solid nutrition research and have peace of mind to know that you’re on track with real evidence-based science. You don’t have time to waste. Confidently share what you learn with family, friends and even your doctor.
- Eat out with ease. I give you simple and easy strategies to eat out on the go, in restaurants, while traveling and even visiting friends and family. What to bring, how to ask for what you need, how to plan for success while on the road.
- Energize your life for good. I teach you how plant-based nutrition is more than a diet, but a sustainable lifestyle. You will learn strategies for mindful eating, maximizing weight loss, restoring and optimizing your health and getting the support and resources you need to enjoy an energetic life for years to come.
